What is the customer centre for?

In the customer centre you can open tickets by asking questions and posting requests relating to . Answers to frequently asked questions may be found in our FAQ. The customer centre enables you to see the current status of your tickets and to edit them. This represents a sustainable improvement to the services we offer you.

How do I register?

To use all the features of our customer centre you first need to register with us. If you are not already registered, first click on "Register with us" to carry out the registration. After a successful registration you will receive confirmation of your registration via e-mail. If you have forgotten your password, please request a new one by clicking "Request new password".

What can I do as a registered user?

As a registered user you can post requests to our customer support by clicking on "New request". Click on "Your requests" to see your personal requests including their current status. The menu item "FAQ" gives you access to the entire FAQs from our knowledgebase. You can also download etc. Without registering at the customer centre your access is restricted to our FAQs. Just search the clearly arranged folder system for the appropriate category, or enter your search criteria directly into the search box at the top.

What other support is offered?

You can reach the staff of our Support team by phone or e-mail from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 4.30 pm. You will find their contact details at top right. You also have the option of purchasing a dhs service contract or a quota of hours of dhs online support, which gives you additional exclusive services. You will find further details of this in our information material (see below). We hope you are satisfied with our service.
